A minimum of 2 vents are required to allow for an airflow to pass in, across and out of the loft space.

A minimum gap requirement of 315mm between rafters is needed.

Complete kit includes

• 1 x standard lapvent
• 2 x Pre-drilled battens
• 1 x fixing strap
• 1 x replacement roofing membrane
• 1 x screw pack

Fitted from inside the loft space – no external work or access required.
